Your details, and what I do with them

Who I am

This website is run by Joseph (Reji Joseph), a real estate advisor in Dubai. Contact: send a message through the form on the home page or DM @askjosephdubai on Instagram.

What I collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and your answers about budget, timeline and plans. I also record the date and time you sent it and which boxes you ticked.

Why

To reply to your question and send you what you asked for. If you ticked the optional box, I will also send you new breakdowns, tools and market updates.

Where it is kept

In a private Google Sheet in my Google account. I do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long

Until you ask me to delete them, or for up to 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop marketing messages at any time, by replying "stop" or contacting me as above. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before.

Calculators

The calculators run in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not sent to me.

This notice is written with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021) in mind.
